How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international express shipping usually arrives within 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Products must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all The Horse timepieces are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is quickly sent to our warehouse for processing. Please contact our support team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped.
